Mr. Dan Shallow

Principal's Message

Congratulations to the class of 2008, as you take the next step in life. Remember that Stratford School and your community are proud of you as a class of individuals. The future for you starts now. The school and community have given you the necessary tools to succeed. The choice is now yours as to what you will do and where you will go. Never forget your roots and be proud of who you are and where you come from. The future will not be easy and you will have to face setbacks. We the Stratford School community have tried to prepare you for those obstacles and given you the tools to overcome adversity. Again, as Interim Principal, I congratulate you on graduating and it has been a pleasure getting to know you.

Mr. Keven James

Vice Principal's Message

Congratulations to each member of the 2009 class. It is with great sincerity and pride that I wish for you the best out of life. Each of you have developed into young adults who are ready to tackle the next phase of life and all that it presents to you. As you move on, please remember all of the encounters that have helped mold you into the strong individuals you have become. Take not only the material you have learned from the world of academia, but also the life lessons you have experienced during your time here. The next phase of your lives will present you with a whole new set of challenges, but if you stay true to yourself and continue to do things that have made you successful to this point, you will succeed.

For some of you, this marks the end of your scholastic careers. For others, you have made the decision to further your education in post-secondary institutions. Whatever category you fit into, remember that there is always more to learn. Never allow yourself to be content with your current situation. Complacency is the first step to defeat. If you work hard to succeed, and demand more from yourself, then it is only fitting that you can expect more from the world. The status quo should only be acceptable once in life. From this moment forward, you should strive to do more, be more, and inspire change. Shine the light you wish to see in others.

It has been an honor to get to know each of you over the past three years. I hope that you will be able to walk out of these doors having learned just as much as you have helped teach the rest of us. Congratulations and best wishes to each of you.
